These terms govern your use of https://shargestore.com and any purchase you make from Delawerence White (“SHARGE”, “we”). By using the site or placing an order you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send the shipping confirmation. We may refuse or cancel any order — for example if an item is out of stock, a price or description was wrong, or we suspect fraud — and will refund any payment taken.
Pricing and payment
All prices are in U.S. dollars. Sales tax is added at checkout where we are required to collect it. Shipping options and charges (Free Shipping (5–8 business days) · Standard Shipping $9.99 (3–6 business days) · Priority Shipping $28.00 (1–2 business days)) are shown before you pay. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay; payment is captured when the order is placed. Promotional codes cannot be combined unless stated and have no cash value.
Shipping, risk and title
Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss and title pass to you when we hand the package to the carrier. Please see our Shipping Policy for details.

Product information
We try to describe and photograph products accurately, but colors vary between screens and small variations are normal for handmade or natural materials. We may correct errors and change products or prices without notice.
Accounts and conduct
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for activity under your account. You agree not to misuse the site: no scraping, no interfering with its operation, no fraudulent orders, and no posting of unlawful or infringing content in reviews.
Reviews and submissions
By submitting a review, photo or comment you grant SHARGE a perpetual, royalty-free license to use it in connection with the store. We may edit or remove submissions at our discretion.
